Too Bad

Katelyn: Ick. I pooped. I don't like poop.
Alex: That's why you need to tell us you need to poop and you can go poop in the potty.
Katelyn: Oh. (long pause.) Too Bad. (said in this nonchalant tone before she ran away to go play again.)

Alex and I just looked at each other and started laughing.

Yes, we are half-heartedly working on potty training. Katelyn does a great job when she's running around naked. It seems to make it easier for her to remember to go potty. If she has a diaper or a pull up on though, no such luck.
