Delish!

It is FREEZING here. Well, actually, way below freezing. Yesterday, the girls and I came back from visiting my dad in TX, where it was cold by his standards, but nice for us! We missed the -10 degree morning! Woohoo!

Anyway, Alex made us dinner tonight. I picked the recipe. He did the cooking. Thanks Alex!

Chicken Pot Pie Soup. Yummy comfort food...but healthified! :)
