Strawberry Picking

Two weekends ago, we took a trip to a farm where you could pick your own strawberries. Allie was semi-interested in the picking process but mostly hung out in Mommy and Daddy's arms while they did the work. Here's Allie during the ride out to the strawberry fields.

Once we had some berries, she became much more enthused. It was difficult to hold her off from eating them until we got home.
And when we did, this was the scene. She scarfed them down and probably would have gone on eating them for quite some time if we hadn't cut her off after five.

She pulled out all the stops to try and convince us to give her an extra helping - a big grin as she uses her sign for "more".
