UPDATE:

She's discovered the tabletop.

We are working on new discipline techniques. One minute time outs in her room, with the door closed, are no longer a "punishment" to Allie. Instead, she runs around and does who knows what to entertain herself....we don't keep any toys in her room.

Standing in the corner is not an option. She'd never stay put for a minute.

We are thinking about strapping her into her booster seat and sticking the chair in the corner (facing out of course, otherwise she'd entertain herself by kicking the wall and trying to knock herself over.)

I've started reciting the Serenity Prayer to myself over and over each day.

And, I'm quickly losing my sanity.
