Friday Fun and my 15-month update

It's getting colder so I'm playing indoors more often. Yesterday I did so much cool stuff. Playdough, coloring and lots of new library books made for a very exciting afternoon!

I like to tear the playdough apart.
(Can you see my boo-boo? Look very closely - it's between my nose and my lip. I was on a walk with Mommy, and I decided I needed a little rest. So, I figured I'd lay down on the ground. Well, it's definitely not as soft as my bed. The concrete took off a little skin, but I'm ok now.)
And I like to smash the playdough. And I like to try and sneak some playdough into my mouth. So far so good, lets sneak a little more.
Augh! I guess Mommy can still see me even though her face is behind the camera.
Hmm, what color should I choose?
Look at me, I'm coloring!
Isn't this the most beautiful picture ever?!

Can you guess what I'm doing in the laundry basket?
Reading my books! This is such a comfy spot!

I had my 15-month physical on Wednesday. I am 28.75 inches which is the 5th - 10th percentile (according to the doctor I only grew .5 inches in the last 3 months, but we think they measured me wrong the last time). And I'm 19 lbs. 2 ozs. (lower than the 5th percentile). I have 6 teeth now; 4 on top and 2 on bottom.

Other things about me:
*When I read with my Mommy and Daddy, they ask me to find something on the page and many times I point to the right object.
*I can identify and say duck, dog, cow and cat and some times I make the right noises when I point to them.
*I like to growl like a lion and quack like a duck.
*I know the following body parts and can point to them when asked: head, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, teeth and feet.
*I played in my first pile of leaves this week. I had lots of fun throwing them up in the air.
*I have finally started drinking cow's milk. It took me a while to get used to the taste, but now I think it is yummy!
*And I bet you can guess some of my favorite activities; playing with playdough, coloring, looking at books, listening to music and of course, going to the zoo.
